When you create your account in MovumStudio®, you automatically start with a Trial account. You will see the “Trial” icon below your nickname. However, you may need to upgrade your account features. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and click the purple “Upgrade” button located on the main screen

2. After clicking “Upgrade”, you will be automatically redirected to your user profile, where you can modify your subscription and choose between a Starter subscription or a Custom subscription.

Choose billing cycle: Monthly or Annual
In both the Starter and Custom plans, you have the option to choose a subscription that renews month-by-month, or to pay upfront for an entire year. In the latter case, you will receive a discount on the final price of your subscription.
🚀 Upgrade: From Trial to Starter
1. If you want to change from Trial to Starter, click the “Subscribe” button under the Starter subscription.

2. If you do not have a Payment Method registered in your user profile, you will need to enter your credit card information in order to subscribe to the Starter plan.

⚗️ Custom Subscription
Every clinic and laboratory is different, and we don’t want to limit anyone. That’s why, instead of offering fixed pricing, we’ve decided to give you full flexibility—so you can design your own subscription.

You can add as many implant identifications, smile designs, and AI-powered video simulations as you need. You will be able to see the subscription price update automatically, and you can activate it by clicking the “Subscribe” button.

1. Can I downgrade my subscription?
Downgrading means moving from an account with certain features to one with fewer functionalities. To do this, go to your user panel and, under the “Subscription Plans” tab, click “Cancel.”
Your account will retain the subscribed features until you either use up the remaining credits or your current billing cycle ends. After that, your account will revert to a Trial plan.
2. Can I receive a refund for my subscription if I cancel before it ends?
