If you want to delete your MovumStudio® account, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your User Dashboard by clicking the Settings [⚙️] button in the left sidebar. Then click “Delete account.”
2. You will be asked to confirm that you really want to permanently delete your account. You must click the “Confirm” button.
⚠️ Things to keep in mind
You should download to your computer or hard drive all the information related to the patients you wish to keep.
Once you delete your account, all information stored in it will be permanently removed from MovumTech’s servers, with no possibility of recovering or accessing it again.
