Here we will explain how passwords are managed in MovumStudio®, and it all depends on the Registration Method you used.
Email + Password
1. If you used an email and a password of your choice, you can change it through your User Panel.
Click the “Settings” button [⚙️] located in the left sidebar.
2. Go to the “Password” tab, where you can update your current password. You will need to enter your previous password and then the new password you want to set.
3. Finally, click the “Update” button.
Google y Apple ID
When you register using Google ID or Apple ID, MovumStudio® links your MovumStudio® account to your Google or Apple account. This is known as a quick sign-in method.
In these cases:
- MovumStudio® does not create or store a password for access to the platform.
- Your identity is authenticated by Google or Apple.
- If you need to change your password, you must do so through your Google or Apple profile.
